Our process emphasised detailed analysis and planning of the referral journey for a visitor looking to benefit from Bluebell's service - putting the customer front and centre we created a logical referral process that quickly gets visitors to the service and information they need.
Elegant design
At the time that we started our website project together, Bluebell had just engaged an illustrator to create lovely visuals for their latest annual report. We used these as key elements of the new website design giving it a warm feel that welcomes you in. We also ensured the new website worked beautifully on mobile devices.
